If you return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery, you will get a full refund. You will also be refunded the shipping cost as long as the mistake is made by us (e.g incorrect or defective item).
You should expect a refund within four weeks or less after returning your package. These weeks include the days it takes for us to receive the package (5 to 10 business days), the time to process the returned package (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
Technically, we can ship to any given address. However, there are selective items that we cannot ship internationally.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates according to the availability of your wanted item and the shipping options you choose. Also, depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
